Retail Distribution Coordinator - Oakley - Foothill Ranch, CA

Description

Prepare weekly and monthly fulfillment reports as required by upper management.

Support and assist shipping monthly mailer and other tasks as needed.

Utilize Excel fuctions such as macros, pivot tables, vlookups, hlookups and basic formulas.

Act as a liason between Retail and Shipping in managing the distribution of all shipments to Retail stores.

Monitor daily replenishment orders and communicate with distribution warehouse to ensure on time outbound shipments.

Track shipping service levels and problem solve any discrepancies.

Achieve sales and profit by providing excellent service in implementing innovatie product flow strategies for existing stores.

Administer new season order entry and communicate product fulfillment to business partners.

Ensure accuracy on all levels of purchase order creation and replenishment processing.

Coordinate, schedule, and track shipping orders.

Qualifications

Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.

Excellent time management, independent decision making, and close attention to detail.

Must be computer literate with a basic knowledge of computer programs and applications such as: Microsoft world, Outlook, Excel, and Internet.

Ability to work in pressure situations and meet critical deadlines.

Maintain action item lists and project plans to achieve short and long-term goals.

Excellent communication skills, borth written and verbal.

High School Diploma or GED.
